Felicia Carbajal (They/Them)

Rooted in Los Angeles. Powered by Queer Latinx joy, justice & resilience.

Felicia Carbajal is an organizer, strategist, and visionary grounded in over two decades of cross-movement work. As a queer Latinx impact creator, Felicia operates at the intersection of cannabis equity, reentry support, narrative shift, and trauma-informed mutual aid.

A person with lived experience of the carceral system, Felicia builds futures that are stigma-free, healing-centered, and designed by those most impacted. Their approach blends grassroots heart with high-level systems thinking to create sustainable change in communities too often left behind.

Felicia partners with governments, nonprofits, and community-rooted networks to lead equity-based projects that are rooted in care, rigor, and transformation. Whether designing a reentry program, developing a justice-centered campaign, or training the next generation of leaders, Felicia believes in creating conditions where all people, especially BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks can thrive.
